TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once an order has been Checked and agreed in Writing Letter or by
Email/What's App by the customer. After Confirmation, the customer is obliged
to accept delivery pay the agreed price, and adhere to the payment terms of the
order. The title of the goods remains with Shave Edge Instruments. Until
payment is made in full.
All orders below 2000 USD/Euro, plus VAT will require 100% payment
with the order confirmation before production begins. Trade credit terms are
available by separate negotiation. On orders over 2000 USD/Euro Shave Edge
Instruments will accept a non-refundable deposit of 70% with an order
confirmation before production begins. The remaining 30% balance is to be paid
and cleared before dispatch. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver orders
to the 5 to 6-week target, this is a target and due to seasonal trends this can
be extended at any time even after an order has been confirmed, The target is
not guaranteed and not contractual.
If Shave Edge Instruments has failed to comply with the confirmed
customer order instructions or the product is faulty. We will happily exchange
the product. The goods must be retained in unused condition and the cost of any
loss or damage will be borne by the customer.
Through confirmation of this order, you have full permission for
the use of any logos and accept full responsibility for any subsequent actions
taken by parties associated with said logos.
SAMPLING:
If you want to check the quality of our products in samples before placing an order with us then we will dispatch the samples on your request but if you will pay the cost of the sample. On the samples, SHAVE EDGE will offer you best shipping and also will return you the samples cost on your first order with us.
PACKING:
Normally we pack all products in a plastic-type polybag packing or in cardboard bags type packing.
If a customer wants a special kind of
packing, he can ask from us without any hesitation but he will have to pay the
additional charges for special packing. Customers can choose special kinds of
packing (cases) from our website as we upload a variety of hairdressing
scissors cases and dog grooming scissors cases on our website
PAYMENT:
We accept 100% payment in advance on all
orders. We also accept 50% payment in advance but on $25,000 invoice value and
the remaining 50% payment before dispatching the products for final shipment.
We accept payments for orders through T/T
wire transfer to our bank.
We accept payments for samples through Western Union, Ria Money Transfer, and Money Gram for the sake of customers' convenience.
Scissors Measurements;
We don’t include the removable finger rest (detachable finger rest) in the sizes available on our website. www.shaveedge.com
COPYRIGHTS;
The SHAVE EDGE doesn’t allow to others copy our website design,
images, contents/descriptions, banners, logo, and everything written on this
website because it is the personal property of SHAVE EDGE. No one cannot copy
anything from this website without the permission of the SHAVE EDGE owner. If
anyone will thief our products image’s, contents, or anything as I above
mention then SHAVE EDGE will take all necessary actions at available conditions
to penalize such websites and companies.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER;
Customers can cancel the order or can make changes in the order but before starting the production of the order means that within 7 days after order confirmation & If the customer cancels the order and requests for money back than we are only retuning 70% of the full payment.
About Shipment, The goods shall always, regardless of route and transportation means, be shipped to the place of destination at the risk of the purchaser. Shipping charges, if not accruing to us in the case of freight paid FOB and C&F deliveries and also be dependent on the shipper's choice of cargo services, shall be borne by the purchaser unless, due to statutory regulations, the seller must bear traffic duties alone. Each product is packed in a polybag or as the customer required according to the international Carton Size Specified to Shipping Country and Customer requirements.
Delivery of Goods;
We will deliver the goods
ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make
your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order. You
will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been
delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at
your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight
of both the products and the packaging.
We have all options of
delivery services for Customers as required.
NOTE: By SEA Delivery: The sea-delivery must be taken 45-60 days after
loading of goods mostly, but due to SHIP (vassal) delay sometimes, it will take
60-90 days. Our company is not responsible for the delay or claim, The buyer is
responsible for Insurance or claim if misshape. If the buyer request Insurance
then we do it & provide the claim but the buyer must pay insurance payment
before packaging.
1:Please note that Business
Days do not include Weekends or National Public Holidays.
2: Please also note that the
payment of Import Duties and Taxes (VAT) are typically the responsibility of
the customer/buyer. We are not responsible for the shipments delayed in
transit/customs.
International Taxes and
Customs Charges.
International customers need to pay Sales Taxes, Duties or Customs
Charges.
All taxes and customs
charges are full of the responsibility of the customer and are not included in
the cost of order or shipping charges.
We suggest you please
contact with your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable
taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
We are not responsible for
any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment
of your order.
